Our t-shirt concierge will determine your apparel needs, prepare a custom design to your specifications, and provide a link to purchase your personalized design, which will arrive in 10 days or less.

Designs are created in as little as 1 hour, so you can eliminate the time spent researching t-shirt design ideas, designing, editing, and sharing for feedback. I sent my request through the T-Shirt Concierge™, but I didn't receive my design. Where is it?

If you've checked your inbox and junk/promotional folders and do not see anything, try logging in here using your email address. If you still can't find your design and your window of 1 hour or 24 hours has passed, please contact us.

What if I don't like my design?

For a limited time, our design services are free, so if you don't like the design, you don't have to buy the shirt! If you need changes, simply reply back to the email with your saved design and provide more specific instruction, or you can click the EDIT DESIGN button and make changes on your own. If you’ve purchased a custom design from us, you are required to pay for the design services rendered, however we are very reasonable and will make every accommodation to edit or revise a design when possible.

How many revisions do I get?

You may submit as many requests as you'd like through the T-Shirt Concierge™ website. If you reply to the email with your saved design and ask for changes, we will process your changes in the order emails are received. Our T-Shirt Concierge™ designers have many years of experience, but they are not mind readers, so please provide as much detail as possible, including examples when necessary, to ensure we can create the design right the first time.

I asked for glitter but the picture in my saved design doesn't show glitter. Why?

It is difficult to show the brilliance of glitter on screen, so the design we save will only show a flat color. If your DESIGN NOTES or PRINTING NOTES indicate you’d like glitter when you enter the checkout page, we will use glitter in the decoration of your shirt. Not all colors of glitter are available, but currently we offer: White, Silver, Black, Gold, Navy, Royal, Purple, Kelly Green, Red, Orange, Bronze, Hot Pink, Light Pink, Coral, Rose Gold, and Mint Green. Some glitter prints may require an extra charge, and we will contact you with information if necessary. Here are some glitter examples below.

What other kinds of specialty ink do you offer?

DesignAShirt offers other specialty inks in addition to glitter; including metallic, puff, and glow-in-the-dark. These specialty inks require a minimum order of six and require an additional charge.

I received a reply that you can't use the design I submitted. Why?

Some uploaded designs are too small for us to work with, and we'll contact you if we need a higher resolution file.

If your design included a trademark, including brand names, cartoon characters, company logos, celebrity photos, or an image that is otherwise not your property, we are unable to print it on a t-shirt. Many believe that if you are making the shirt for personal use, that trademark and copyright laws do not apply, but unfortunately, that is not the case when ordering from a business like DesignAShirt.

I have a business logo, what file type is best for printing?

If you have had your logo professionally designed already, please supply us with the AI, EPS, or PDF file.

Why does my design look blurry?

Sometimes when certain files are uploaded into our Design Studio, the file is compressed and may look jagged or blurry. Please note, our t-shirt artists will look at your design and clean it up to print clearly.

Why am I getting emails from DesignAShirt?

T-Shirt Concierge™ is the design service division of DesignAShirt.com. All submissions through T-Shirt Concierge™ come to life through DesignAShirt's Design Studio. Each time we save a design for you, you'll get a notification via email. Each month, we send promotional emails to offer our customers discounts on their custom t-shirt orders. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but emails regarding saved designs will continue if you use our Design Studio or T-Shirt Concierge™ service.

How much do the shirts cost?

The price per shirt varies based on the style and color of shirt, how many print locations you need, the quantity of shirts, and sometimes the number of colors in your design. To get an instant quote, visit our pricing page.

How many t-shirt styles do you carry?

We have access to thousands of products, if you're not seeing what you're looking for, contact us and we can assist with custom orders. Our favorite products are listed here, but please note, some of them have a minimum order of six shirts per design.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Shipping is always free when you choose 10-day delivery in the U.S. We have quicker shipping options of 5 business days and 3 business days available for a rush fee. If you're outside of the U.S., please contact us to see what can be arranged.
