DesignAShirt: Platform Change & Merger Info
This fall, we’re transitioning to a new website and design studio platform. Account history will not automatically transfer, but we are here to help move saved designs to your new account. Order history will remain in our internal records.
Key Date: Please notify us by October 31, 2024 if you
wish to have your designs carried over to our new platform. After this date, retrieval of old designs cannot be
guaranteed.

Q: Why aren’t my saved designs moving automatically?
A: Due to the platform change, saved designs won’t automatically transfer.
Please submit your email, and we’ll follow up to help save your important designs.
Q: What happens if I miss the October 31 deadline?
A: After October 31, we may still be able to retrieve some designs, but we cannot
guarantee that all designs will be available. Please act as soon as possible to ensure the best chance
of saving your designs.
Q: Will I need to create a new account on the new website?
A: Yes, you will need to create a new account. We can help with this process, or we
can create one for you during the design transfer.
Q: What changes can I expect on the new site?
A: The new platform offers more shirt options, additional decoration choices, and
new clipart and fonts. We look forward to rolling out even more features in the future!
Q: What if I don't need all of my designs transferred?
A: If you only need select designs transferred, please email help@designashirt.com with the names of the designs you wish
to have moved to our new platform.

On April 1, 2024, DesignAShirt merged with our parent company, Anton Sport. While the name on your billing may have changed to Anton Sport, the quality service you rely on remains intact. With expanded resources and a larger team, we’re here to support all your custom apparel and promotional product needs.
Billing and Order Information
Since April 1, 2024, transactions have appeared under the Anton Sport name or a generic descriptor like "Custom T-Shirts" on your billing statement. School and government organization customers should address Purchase Orders to Anton Sport. If you have any questions about billing or past orders, feel free to contact us at help@designashirt.com.
