As of April 1, 2024, DesignAShirt is merging with our parent company Anton Sport, established 1986. Rest assured, the quality service you rely on will continue as we transition billing to Anton Sport, supported by our dedicated team.
Who is Anton Sport?
Anton Sport was founded in 1985 in Tempe, AZ by John Anton. In 2003, John started DesignAShirt.com out of the same headquarters, offering an online t-shirt design studio and opening the doors for customers to receive orders nationwide. Anton Sport offers in-house printing services, with the capability to print thousands of t-shirts and various garments per day and has printed all DesignAShirt orders since day 1.
Will I Have Access to Past Orders/Designs?
We will maintain internal databases of customers' order history and will do our best to preserve saved designs and past orders. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of changing systems, we cannot directly transfer past account information over to the My Account area of our new website. However, we want to assure you that your order history and previously saved designs are not lost. We still have access to this information and can assist with reorders and getting artwork saved into our new system. If you need help retrieving any past designs or order details, or if you have any questions regarding this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at help@designashirt.com. Your satisfaction and the seamless continuation of our service to you remain our top priority during this transition period.
Will Pricing Be the Same?
The new DesignAShirt platform includes a different formula for pricing, but we do not expect drastic changes from your previous pricing. We understand that any changes, especially in cost, can be concerning, and we are committed to transparency and addressing any questions you may have. What Website Changes Can I Expect?
The initial steps of the merger will take effect on April 1, 2024. DesignAShirt.com will be switching its website platform and changing the name shown on your receipts. Some pages may look different and you may notice some construction in progress. Despite the upcoming changes, the core functionality of our website will be like our current customer experience. You will continue to have the ability to select products, creatively design and save your personalized apparel, and navigate through the checkout process. As always, if you have a unique idea or product that you can't find on our website, we are more than happy to provide custom quotes and assist in finalizing your order. Will I Be Paying DesignAShirt or Anton Sport When I Place My Order?
As of April 1st, 2024, transactions will appear under Anton Sport or a more generic descriptor, such as "Custom T-Shirts" on your billing statement. For our valued school and government organization customers, all Purchase Orders should now be addressed to Anton Sport, rather than DesignAShirt.com, with no change to our address. Additionally, any checks for payment should also be made out to Anton Sport.
